Both partners participate in a free consultation to discuss your relationship concerns and determine if therapy is right for you. This also gives you a chance to meet me and feel comfortable.

I'll meet with you as a couple and potentially with each partner individually to fully understand your relationship history, current challenges, and goals for therapy.
