Past experiences, self-doubt and relationship stress can affect how you feel about yourself, how you cope day to day and how you relate to others. Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable to help you feel safer, more grounded and less defined by the past.

Self-esteem Therapy
Low self-esteem can affect every part of life, from relationships and work to decision-making and emotional well-being. You may struggle with self-doubt, harsh inner criticism, comparing yourself to others, fear of rejection or difficulty believing in your own worth. Therapy can help you understand where these patterns come from, challenge negative beliefs and build a more balanced, compassionate relationship with yourself.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to understand what is happening in your relationship and why certain patterns keep repeating. I work with couples to slow difficult interactions down, improve understanding and help both partners feel heard. Couples therapy can support you in building healthier ways of relating and making sense of what has become stuck.
